Terms and conditions of sale

1. About us

This website is operated by Go Media Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at info@gomedias.co.uk.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order we accept. Some terms apply only to consumers or only to business customers; where this is the case, we say so.

3. Products

We sell packaging materials. Product images on this website are for illustration. The specification of the goods is the one stated on your quotation. Sizes, weights and capacities are stated as accurately as possible but manufacturing tolerances apply. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen.

4. Enquiries and quotations

Products on this website are offered for sale by enquiry. An enquiry is a request for a price and is not an order. Our quotation states the goods and their specification, the quantity, the price, the delivery charge and the period for which it is valid. A quotation is not binding on you until you confirm it.

5. Orders and contract

When you confirm a quotation we issue an invoice. A contract between you and Go Media Ltd is formed when we have received your payment and confirmed your order in writing. If we cannot supply a product after you have paid, we will tell you and refund the payment for it in full.

6. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and are those stated on your quotation. The delivery charge and any applicable taxes are shown on the quotation and the invoice. If a quotation contains an obvious pricing error, we will tell you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

7. Payment

Payment is due in full before dispatch, using the payment details on our invoice. No payment is taken through this website.

8. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full. If you are a consumer and we fail to deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed, or by any later date we have agreed with you, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

9. Consumer right to cancel

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, as set out on our Returns & Refunds page. This right does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specification.

10. Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

11. Business customers

If you buy in the course of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to business customers is limited to the price paid for the goods, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect losses.

12. Our liability to consumers

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any breach of your statutory rights.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If a delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for goods not delivered.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
