Go Media Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. We are an online retailer of packaging supplies. Our business is the sale of physical goods, which customers select on this website, order by enquiry and receive by courier at addresses in the United Kingdom.
What we do
We buy packaging materials from trade suppliers and sell them to end customers in retail pack quantities. Our customers are businesses and individuals who need packaging for posting, courier delivery, storage or moving house.
We sell one type of product, packaging, and we sell it through one channel, this website. A customer chooses a product, sends an enquiry, receives a written quotation, pays our invoice and receives the goods by courier.
Our income comes from one activity: selling packaging products
Product sales
We purchase stock at trade prices and sell it to customers at the prices stated in our quotations. The difference between the two, after our operating costs, is our margin.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge stated on the quotation contributes to the cost of the courier service.
We do not charge for quotations. We do not charge subscription fees, membership fees or commissions. We do not sell services, hold customer funds or act as an agent or marketplace for other sellers. Every payment we receive is for goods supplied against an invoice issued by Go Media Ltd.
Why we sell by enquiry
Packaging is bought in very different quantities, from a single pack to a full pallet, and the delivery cost depends on the size and weight of the order and where it is going. Quoting each order individually means the customer sees an accurate price for the goods and for delivery before committing.

- Individuals who need packaging for a house move, storage or occasional posting
Where we sell
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.
Our responsibilities as the seller
Go Media Ltd is the seller of every product on this website and is responsible for each order from payment to delivery. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, we put it right by replacement or refund, in line with UK consumer law.
