Returns and refunds

Changing your mind (consumers)

If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. To cancel, email info@gomedias.co.uk, quoting your invoice number.

After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Goods should be unused, in a resaleable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Return postage: unless the goods are faulty or not as described, the cost of returning them is paid by the customer.

Refund: we will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them. Refunds are made by the same method you used to pay.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you have paid an invoice and your order has not yet been dispatched, email us and we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If the goods you receive are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us with your invoice number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the cost of returning the goods if a return is needed. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Business customers

Business customers may return unused, unopened stock by prior written agreement. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will always be replaced or refunded.

How to return an order

1. Email info@gomedias.co.uk with your invoice number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will confirm the return in writing and send you the returns address and instructions.
3. Pack the goods securely and send them by a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.
4. We will email you when the return has been received and the refund issued.

Please do not send returns to our registered office, which cannot accept parcels.
