Who am I buying from?
You are buying from Go Media Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. We are the seller of every product on this website.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. We sell through this website only. All orders are delivered by courier.
Do you sell to individuals as well as businesses?
Yes. Anyone with a UK delivery address can enquire and order.
Ordering and payment
Can I buy directly on the website?
No. The website does not have a basket or card checkout. Select “Enquire now” on the product you need and we will email you a written quotation.
What happens after I select “Enquire now”?
You are taken to our enquiry form. Tell us the product, the quantity and your delivery postcode. We reply by email with a quotation for the goods and delivery.
Does a quotation cost anything?
No. Quotations are free and you are under no obligation to order.
How do I pay?
If you accept the quotation, we send you an invoice from Go Media Ltd. Payment is made in full before dispatch using the payment details on the invoice. No payment is taken through this website.
Why are prices and sizes not shown on the website?
The price depends on the quantity ordered, and the delivery charge depends on the size of the order and the delivery postcode. Most products are also available in several sizes and pack quantities. The website shows each product’s name and image, and your quotation confirms the exact specification and an accurate price for the goods and delivery.
Can I enquire about several products at once?
Yes. List every product and quantity in one enquiry and we will send a single quotation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we can amend or cancel it and refund any payment in full. If it has been dispatched, see Returns & Refunds.
Products
How do I know which box strength I need?
Single wall boxes suit lightweight, non-fragile items. Double wall boxes are stronger and are recommended for heavier or fragile goods and for boxes that will be stacked. If you are unsure, describe what you are packing in your enquiry and we will recommend one.
Are box sizes internal or external?
The box sizes we quote are internal dimensions, given as length × width × height.
What is the difference between direct thermal and thermal transfer labels?
Direct thermal labels are heat-sensitive and print without a ribbon; they suit short-life uses such as postage labels. Thermal transfer labels need a printer ribbon and produce a longer-lasting print. Check your printer’s specification before ordering.
How do I attach an invoice to the outside of a parcel?
Use a document-enclosed wallet. It is a self-adhesive clear pouch that sticks to the parcel and keeps paperwork visible and dry.
What should I use to send clothing?
Polythene mailing bags are the usual choice. They are light, which keeps postage costs down, and they protect the contents from rain.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
The delivery charge depends on your order and postcode. It is shown as a separate line on your quotation.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at present.
