How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept only for as long as we need them to reply to you and deal with any follow-up questions, and are then deleted. Order and invoice records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
